VibeStudio Lead Generation is a product of Saueglobal, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We provide an AI-powered lead generation platform that helps businesses discover, verify, and personalise outreach to potential clients.
2. What information we collect
We collect account registration details (name, email, company, job title), payment information (processed through Stripe), campaign configuration data, usage data, device information, and log data.
3. How we use your information
We use your data for service delivery (contractual necessity), platform improvement (legitimate interest), security and compliance (legal obligation), and marketing (consent).
4. How we use artificial intelligence
Our platform uses Google's Gemini AI for lead discovery, quality assessment, email verification, and personalised outreach generation. Campaign data sent to Gemini is used solely to execute your campaign and is not used to train AI models.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use essential cookies (required for core functionality), functional cookies (preferences), analytics cookies (anonymous usage data), and advertising cookies (remarketing). You can manage preferences via our cookie banner.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers (Google Cloud, Stripe, Firebase), team members in your workspace, as required by law, and with your consent.
7. International data transfers
Our primary infrastructure is hosted in Google Cloud's europe-west2 (London) region. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
8. Data retention
Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion. Payment records are kept for 7 years per UK tax regulations. Analytics data is retained for 2 years.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
10. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Authentication via Firebase, payments via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Firestore security rules enforce tenant isolation.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and notice on the website.
